During this episode (it is a few weeks old) Shoemoney recommended starting a new campaign with adCenter. After your campaign is running, gather information, change keywords, adjust ad copy, etc.
Once you have the "perfect" campaign, that campaign that has been tested and is pretty good, the take your keywords and your ad copy over to AdWords and start running it there.
The benefit, according to Shoemoney, is that Google likes to see good CTR's straight from the beginning. If you are spending that time tweaking your ads, your CTR is going to vary so much, you might wake that sleeping giant that is Google and get your keywords boosted to $5 or $10 per click.
I personally haven't tried this technique, but it does make sense.
Anyone tried this on either adCenter or on a second tier network like Miva or 7search?
