Starting at 4am PDT tomorrow, August 23, the AdWords video ad upload tool will be down for maintenance for approximately 48 hours. During this time you will not be able to upload or modify click-to-play video ads in your AdWords account. However, if you've already created a video ad, it will continue to run normally during this time.
Then, on Saturday, August 26th, the AdWords system will be temporarily unavailable from approximately 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. PDT due to system maintenance. As with the case mentioned above, though you won't be able to log in or make any changes to your account during this time, your ads will continue to run as normal.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this system maintenance may cause.

This should be a good update. If I remember correctly, this is the first update that specifically targets Video ads. If that is correct, AdWords hasn't done many updates to the video section and it is probably a much needed update.
I haven't heard any issues with uploading video ads, anyone else?

PlungerNetworks, the website running the AdWords PPC demonstration is closed...This comes after nearly a month of no updates. Hopefully the site will come back with renewed vigor and finish the very interesting test.
Just a thought...
Would anyone be interested in me starting a PPC test like PlungerNetwork.com was doing? It would be a little different, but still with lots of stats and pretty close to completely open for questions. I would show stats, graphs, earnings, losses, etc.
