Google Ordered to Give It Up
A "High Court" (whatever that means) ordered Google is give up the name of an advertiser who was advertising for a book, "Unlock Reality", that is due out later this year.

The problem was not the actual ad, but the site that the ad led to was giving away free copies of an early draft of the book which violated a copyright according to the author Helen Grant.

What this means to anyone using PPC is that you should be careful of what you wish advertise for because this "High Court" has a mean streak and has some power over Google that not even high paid attorney's can stop.

Don't advertise for illegal things.  Don't advertise on copyrights then give away the product for free.  Don't be stupid.  Enough said.
