In that post they say, "Last week Google introduced their questionable “landing page quality control” which caused quite a few webmasters to go crazy. This, however, seems to have not been enough as today I noticed another effort to get more input on landing pages, this time Google flat out asks “Was This Link Useful?” after returning from a landing page."
I agree that this is a great step for the AdWords program. Obviously they have problems, but finally they are doing something about it.
The apparent problem with this fix is that competitors could click the link that says your ad was not helpful. Then it costs you money and AdWords lowers your Quality Score.
