With Site Targeting, you are advertising across an entire site instead of through the Google search or Google content network.
Site Targeting allows you to pick an individual site, and advertise on that site alone. This is really helpful for those of us looking to attract attention within a specific niche or category.
I once advertised on the largest and most well known website within my niche. The clicks were expensive, but they converted nearly 15% better than normal search engine clicks. Not all of my experience has led to better conversion ratios, but it can help.
To set up a Site Targeted ad, you would need to be in your Campaign Summary and then click "site-targeted".
The other, and easier way is to find a website you want to advertise on, then click "Advertise on this site".
Once you click that, you'll have to sign into AdWords and create the campaign.
Easy to do!
