Getting an ROI through your PPC campaigns

Well, what do you say about yourself?  I'll start at the beginning.

I was born in California...Wait, you don't care about that, I've read enough blogs to know I don't care about that either.

I began using PPC in 2003 when I was selling affiliate products for Commission Junction and promoting forums.  Forums were nice and easy because you could get clicks very cheap for highly targeted niches, which most of my sites were.

Affiliate products were more difficult because less people were buying online.  You still had a lot of people shopping online, but not a lot of them were buying.

Now, 3 years later, even my Aunt and Uncle are buying online, and they don't even trust brick and mortar stores with their credit card info!

In the last year I have gotten back heavily into PPC and currently use Adwords, MSN AdCenter, Overture and 7search.  I have looked into a few other PPC websites, but most of them have very poor reviews that center are click fraud and click scams.
